Getting Started
CRAFT Executive provides an essential road map to success for any nonprofit leaders who seek to build the next generation of high-impact organizations.
It takes time, dedication and preparation to master new skills; it's no different than a skilled artisan studying and practicing day after day. CRAFT By Better Futures was developed as the place to master your business, challenge core assumptions and hone your skills as an early childhood leader. In the end, we believe you'll be left with experiences and lessons that you never would’ve been able to get just by your own intellectual effort.
With the introduction of our newest membership level, CRAFT Executive, our aim is to support Association Leaders that are seeking to deepen their understanding of the social sector, whilst inspiring a new generation of leaders that are knowledgeable about fundraising and grants, as well as inform the way we think about, talk about, and support Associations from a sustainability lens.
Executive Directors and Board members of any size nonprofit child care association are encouraged to apply.
What You Can Expect:
Our 2nd Cohort will begin October 2024.
The next phase of CRAFT Executive will be even more exciting as we launch nonprofit consulting program in early 2024. Our newly launched Partners Program was developed to ensure Associations receive additional support in vital areas such as member growth, increasing member value and starting a 501 (c)3 from scratch. Plus, you get access to our dedicated Partner Support team to provide advice in areas such as social media, website development and CRM tools to assist with data management, member engagement and payment collection. Ready to take your Association to the next level?
What's New:
With the introduction of CRAFT Executive, we are aiming to support Association Leaders and up to 2 Board members. What this means for you?: When you start a new CRAFT Executive membership, we will ask you, as the Primary Member, for the names and contact information of two additional people that identify as your additional board members.
Important Information About Procedures for Adding Board members to CRAFT Executive
Review Our Program Guidelines
We've developed our Program Guidelines to help you better assess your organizational readiness before purchasing a CRAFT Executive membership. These guidelines will empower you to better understand how we will support you, your Board members and what expectations we have to ensure your success.
